Why Siam Mini-Factory?
Siam Mani-Factory CO LTD (SMF) established since 2007 and founded as an industrial rental services company. Our business goal is to facilitate on rental factory and warehouse services in the industrial locations of Thailand.
The SMF has 3 golden locations for services; Rayong, Saraburi and Nakhonratchasrima province. Our business operation is to be a service provider for arranging an optimal industrial rental service. Here, the SNF is not willing to provide only normal rental facilities but we also create for built and customize required facilities to satisfy client requirements for a long-term rental agreement because the SMF realized that service satisfaction and customizing facilities are our client’s best benefits.

Industrial concrete floor
In commercial or industrial settings, 1,000 - 3,000 kg/sqm is a designed digit for standard load per area. To get a slab that meets these requirements, the special techniques in placing and finishing the concrete are fully deployed to create a well-accepted standard of reinforced concrete slab with steel trowel finish.
Metal sheet roofing
Metal sheet roofing installed along with insulation for heat protection and consistency of an inside temperature.
Extra high sealing
Designed for broader and wider space and effective ventilation.
Door with hydraulic levers
An optional hydraulic system designs to facilitate an entrance/exit for the vehicle and staffs.

An optional setting installs for an effective logistics demand.
